Remote Customer Service Representative (French-Speaking)
As a Customer Service Representative you will provide professional and efficient order management and fulfillment services to existing customers and the field sales team. You will strive to retain present customers and develop new business by creating a superior service experience, suggesting additional services and products to serve customers’ needs. You’ll act as a liaison between the logistics and outside sales team.
S & OP Analyst
As an S&OP Analyst your main responsibility will be based around managing inventory levels for the warehouses within your assigned region. This will involve placing PO’s, doing analysis for on hand inventory and lead times, communicating with suppliers, etc.
Regional Sales Manager (South Central)
As a Regional Sales Manager, you’ll be leading a remote team, including both inside and outside sales representatives. You’ll be involved in B2b and field sales, while developing the business and working with the existing key customers.

OE Quality Engineer
As an OE Quality Engineer, you will be the vital connection between the company and its customers. You’ll be the guide for the customers as they visit the plant, guiding them through the processes. Then, you’ll help prepare document submissions and visit the 3PL warehouses. You also occupy the vital role of providing feedback to the fitting units, making sure the final products are exceptional and meet the needs of the client. You will also handle any claims and audits that come through, making sure all of our processes and services meet our high standards.
